Yesterday, World Oshukai President Chinen Sensei and Secretary General Yamada met with Okinawa Governor Tamaki to discuss the cooperation agreement with the Vietnam International Martial Arts Academy as well as discuss challenges and proposals for the Okinawan karate community.
