January 3rd today, we held a New Year’s morning training session at 7:30 a.m.
With renewed determination, always moving forward as Oshukai, we are ready to bring on this year.
This year, the weather was blessed and I spent about an hour in the powerful morning sun !
It became a pleasant practice
